Hi Everyone! Today is the 120th Anniversary of the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake! If you haven't checked it out yet, I did a whole episode on the Little Giant, the fire hydrant that saved an entire San Francisco neighborhood. It was nothing short of a miracle, considering most of the city was destroyed by fire. This morning, the SF Fire Department gives the hydrant a new coat of gold paint. If you're ever in San Francisco, head to Delores Park, it's up in the Northwest corner across from the park. Don't forget to check out my full episode all about this little hydrant!
