The username and jersey number on my custom football jersey are not showing in-game.

As shown in these screenshots:
✅ Jersey is equipped correctly
❌ Username is missing
❌ Jersey number is missing

Expected: My customized username and jersey number should appear on the back of the jersey.

Actual: The jersey appears blank during matches.

Please fix this issue, Garena Free Fire or give me 2500 diamonds for this bundle.
I want 2500 diamonds as a sorry from you.
