If you follow us on Instagram, you know that a few weeks ago, the team and I visited Zihuatanejo, Mexico—and it was an absolutely amazing trip!
This wasn’t our first time visiting this town. If you've been with us since the early days of the channel, you might remember the episode we filmed there 3 years ago and that video went VIRAL (link is below)! And we know exactly why: the area is stunning, the home was incredible, and the price tag was unbeatable for that location.
That villa sold almost immediately after the episode went live, and we’ve stayed in touch with the developers of that property ever since.
Fast forward to today: we’re back in Zihuatanejo working with the same developers, Pend Holdings, bringing you three new episodes that our team is working hard to finalize. In the meantime, we’ve filmed a fun BONUS video of the villa we stayed in during our trip - Casa Arena.
The link is below to watch the tour! It’s quick, fun, and a little different from our usual content, so be sure to check it out and let me know if you like this fast paced style of tours and if you want to see more of them in the future :)
The Sandcastle marks the start of 2025 for us, and it’s a story we’re proud to share.
Situated in the heart of San Diego, this iconic property blends rich history, a stunning coastal location, and a record-breaking price tag of $108M, earning its place as one of the most unique and expensive properties we’ve explored.
This episode sets the tone for an exciting year ahead, with so many incredible episodes coming your way very soon.
We’re thrilled to have you with us on this journey… Happy New Year to all of you across the world and we’re so excited for what’s to come!
Our home of Los Angeles is currently experiencing one of the worst devastations in its history.
The high wind speeds of the Santa Ana winds, combined with the low humidity levels, have created the perfect storm - strong, heavily fueled fires that are erupting throughout the county.
The devastation is heartbreaking. Many of our neighbors have lost their homes, thousands of residents are left with only the clothes on their backs, wildlife is fleeing without direction, the smoke inhalation is becoming toxic, and the relentless winds show no signs of stopping.
Los Angeles needs your help. Below are some resources to contribute and make a difference:
1. LAFD Emergency Fund - The Los Angeles Fire Department Emergency Fund provides essential equipment and funds programs to help the LAFD save lives and protect communities. You can donate here: supportlafd.org/
2. Airbnb x 211 LA County - To support residents who have lost their homes or had to evacuate due to the wildfires, Airbnb.org is working with 211 LA County to offer emergency housing. Stays are completely free for guests and funded by Airbnb.org and the generosity of Airbnb hosts, many of whom offer their homes at a discount. Learn more: www.airbnb.com/e/airbnb-org?c=.pi130.pkairbnb-org
3. American Red Cross - The American Red Cross is providing shelter, food, emotional support, and health services in partnership with other organizations. You can support their efforts by donating here: www.redcross.org/donate/donation.html/
4. California Community Foundation Wildfire Relief Fund - This fund supports intermediate and long-term recovery efforts, including rebuilding homes, providing financial and mental health assistance, and helping people prepare for future disasters. Learn more: www.calfund.org/
5. California Fire Foundation’s Supplying Aid to Victims of Emergency (SAVE) Program - This program provides financial assistance to families and individuals displaced by fires. Donate here: www.cafirefoundation.org/
6. Pasadena Humane - Pasadena Humane is assisting with animal evacuations and providing emergency boarding for displaced animals. They have already taken in over 100 animals, including a pony, and continue to care for more. To support their work, visit: give.pasadenahumane.org/give/654134/#!/donation/ch…
7. Free Meals for Evacuees and First Responders - A compiled list of restaurants across Los Angeles is offering free meals to evacuees and first responders. Find the full list here: www.dailynews.com/2025/01/08/these-los-angeles-res…
If you’re able, please consider donating, volunteering, or sharing these resources to help those in need. Together, we can support our communities during this incredibly challenging time.
We love you Los Angeles, we’ll come out of this more united and stronger than ever ♥️
In September, the team and I had the opportunity to return to the Monaco Yacht Show!
We’ve been attending Monaco Yacht Show for the last 4 years using it as an opportunity to film content and showcase assets aside from real estate. In the past we tried to fit as many yacht tours as possible but soon realized how this took away from the core essence of why we want to come to these shows in the first place.
While we love showcasing the yachts, we wanted to highlight something deeper: the yachting industry itself.
Luxury often feels exclusive, but events like the Monaco Yacht Show serve as a bridge, sparking conversations and creating opportunities that might otherwise feel out of reach. The relationships we’ve built here with shipyards, brokerages, and owner representatives, they don’t happen overnight. They’re nurtured over time, laying the groundwork for future collaborations and deeper insights into the industry.
The lessons we’ve taken away are universal: • Immerse yourself in the field you’re passionate about • Build relationships with the people driving innovation and progress • Learn from their experiences and apply those lessons to your own journey with constant focus on expanding your knowledge.
We’re aware there’s only so much we can say without actually SEEING the show firsthand. That’s why we filmed a full behind the scenes vlog to bring you along and get an in depth look into how we prepare, who we meet, the friends we bring along the way, and SO much more!
The full vlog is on the Enes Plus channel, make sure to check it out, and let us know what you think of the new format we’re trying. We’re always open to your feedback :)
It’s hard to believe we’ve been posting videos on this channel for 5 years. Over that time, we’ve built an incredible community, and one of the best aspects of this journey has been connecting with all of you.
Through your feedback and interactions, I’ve learned just how many of you draw inspiration from our videos - whether it’s for personal projects, educational insights for your business, or simply being able to open the doors of this exclusive world of luxury and design.
We knew we could only go so far with comments and social media. We wanted a way to connect with all of you on a deeper level and more consistently. To make that happen, we needed to carefully time things to give you not just more content but access to our expertise and network. And now, we’re thrilled to announce:
We’re LIVE on Patreon! 🎉
With three unique membership tiers, we’re inviting you to get even closer to what we do and learn from us. Whether it’s exclusive behind-the-scenes tours, Q&As with top industry creators, joining us at our shoots and experiencing the assets in person, one-on -one meetings with myself to discuss whatever you like or full-day summits on multimillion-dollar properties, each tier brings you deeper into our world.
This is your chance to join us in the next phase of our journey. This has always been about sharing the artistry and innovation behind luxury, and we’re so excited to invite you into this new chapter with us. ♥️
A few months back, an exciting opportunity presented itself for our team: a chance to travel to Asia—a part of the world we hadn’t yet explored on our channel.
As we were diving into preparations, it became clear that an essential part of our story was still missing, one that many of you may not yet know. Alongside our LA-based crew, we’re incredibly fortunate to have three remarkable team members based in the Philippines.
The first of these incredible people is Mary, who reached out to us four years ago with a simple email, eager to be part of our journey. While we don’t typically respond to such messages, her passion stood out, and saying “yes” was one of the best decisions we’ve made.
As our team continued to grow, so did our need for more support. That’s when Mary introduced us to Ena and Vhon, who quickly impresses us with their dedication and skill. Together, they help with countless tasks and manage our Enes Clips channel while working on exciting new projects you’ll soon see!
Fast forward to 2024: we still hadn’t met them in person. So, when the opportunity came up to travel to Thailand—a quick flight from the Philippines—it felt meant to be.
We captured it all on film, bringing them to Bangkok to share unforgettable moments together. Now, the full video is live on Enes Plus, and we can’t wait for you to watch it!
So, if you haven’t seen it yet, head over and check it out. Let us know what you think—our Philippines team means the world to us, and we’re beyond grateful for the time we shared!
