Council of Geeks

she/they
On this channel we examine various aspects and impacts of geek fandom/culture through some genderfluid person ranting at the camera.
If it's geeky, they'll probably talk about it.
Remember, YOU are the council, she only runs the meetings.

I really have the coolest dang friends. My friend Tony Raphielle (RaphieToo over on Instagram - www.instagram.com/raphietoo/ ) has an ongoing project mixing drawn characters and live performers and I'm lucky enough to have taken part. Imagine if Cool World was actually good, and somehow even sleazier. If it sounds interesting I really encourage folks to check it out.
And since I know some will ask, yes this is the storyboard artist who previously worked on Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel that I interviewed a few years ago. We kept in touch and have become genuine friends, and I'd love to see this project succeed because it's already something special and could be so much more.

Latest video to cross 100K views is my review of the first two episodes of The War Between the Land and the Sea. Since Disney still hasn't released this stateside, there's a very real possibility more people in the US have seen my review than will ever see the mini-series.

Frak This Podcast continues as @JessieGender1 and I move on from the premiere movie to Battlestar Galactica proper... and immediately run into ancient aliens stuff. At least this version of the show is up front with it.

I didn't get this out last month like I wanted but here's a look at a 3rd Doctor story as I continue my very slow quest to see all of Doctor Who.

Frak this Podcast continues, and @JessieGender1 and I reach the end of the original 1978 pilot movie for Battlestar Galactica. Let's see if it leaves us wanting more.
