Hey everyone welcome to the channel!
A lot has happened since I started the channel so much of the info in my intro video needs updating. For one, our family recently moved to Colorado so no we're now doing life and making BBQ at a mile high. I'm not officially pastoring at the moment, but currently work to help a Christian non-profit do some behind the scenes work as they serve pastors and their families through counseling and mentoring.
I've been smoking on modified electrics, kettles, pellets, bullets, drums and offsets. I love the learning process and sharing the final product with others (except when the cooks go bad of course). In addition to the process and craft of making good BBQ, I also enjoy exploring new tools and gadgets too. I post videos about BBQ and share some product reviews every now and then. Well folks it's definitely official. Our family successfully relocated to Colorado and we're finally getting settled. Looking forward to firing the channel back up again with some high altitude smoking and experiences. Hope everyone is doing well!

Hey hope y'all have had an enjoyable 4th with family, friends and good cooking. I've been working on a few other projects lately and could use some help with one.
Who are some up and coming cooks/grillers that you've been watching? Please share them in the comments. Would love to do some collaboration with some folks soon including live cooking shows and showing off some new cooking tech (ssshhhh!!!!).
