Two broadcasters from High Point University made a name for themselves during the start of the 2025 NCAA Tournament which kicked off yesterday.

The two broadcasters, Jimmy Rosselli and Griffin Wright, both student broadcasters for the radio station @hpurthesound were on the call during their early matchup versus the Purdue Boilermakers.

However, the two student broadcasters' most famous call was in the Big South Conference Championship game versus Winthrop a week ago, as their call went viral all over social media making them instant March Madness sensations.

Although High Point lost to Purdue 75-63 in the tournament's first round, their story will be a cherished memory they will remember for the rest of their lives regardless of how High Point played

Hey everyone! I have some extremely exciting news to share to everyone!

I am pleased to announce WE ARE BRINGING THE MOST REQUESTED PODCAST BACK TO OUR LISTENERS!!!

This summer, we are bringing back the podcast, UnChained: A Story of Mikey 'Dongwook' Ko From One of His Victims" except this is Part II of the podcast titled, "Part 2: A New Interest." This will not probably be the last part of this podcast we will ever make, but we are bringing it back after a four year absence.

The first episode will premiere on July 2 and end on July 29 with more in-depth coverage, and an exclusive interview conducted last year with an inmate who knew Mikey and his family.

Secondly, we are welcoming a new podcast this May that is on it's last stage of recording titled, "Mondays with Liz" the story of my high school teacher, Mrs. Elizabeth von Buchler, the late English teacher at my high school who passed away last year.

The moments I shared with her changed my life during one of the worst moments in my life.

That podcast will premiere on the special day of May 8, that would have been her birthday and the day she passed away.

The Bleed Bloody Blue podcast will premiere on Monday or Tuesday of this week to talk about week #1 of the season. We will not have a live stream except for special games on Sunday and Thursday nights, but in terms of live streaming we will not be doing much of that for games, but more podcast episodes. This was due to school and finishing my university so my apologies for being late.

For 2024, we have plans for a new podcast on my channel as we continue the Bears & Pod series, but will also talk about sports, crime, and much more.

Also, tell me what content you want to see besides sports radio content because I want to hear from you. What do you want to see besides what I post? I am trying to fuel some ideas while I am posting more content and getting more subscribers.

I have not reached these heights since March 2016 when I last deleted my channel and dropped from 310 videos to 200 by the end of the channel when I deleted it in 2016.
