Our making for a circular economy challenge is based on the concept of a circular economy. This is when an object (or product) can be come food or the material to make something else. In a perfect circular economy world, there would be no landfills. Everything would be reused. To accomplish this we need to change the way we think and use materials. We have to start from existing materials instead of sourcing new ones, recycle the materials we have while they keeping their quality. #circularmaking #circulareconomy

Notre défi de Fabrication circulaire est basé sur le concept d’économie circulaire. C’est lorsqu’un objet (ou un produit) peut servir de nourriture ou de matériau pour fabriquer autre chose. Dans un monde parfait d’économie circulaire, il n’y aurait pas de dépotoirs. Tout serait réutilisé. Pour y parvenir, nous devons changer notre façon de penser et d’utiliser les matériaux. Nous devons partir des matériaux existants au lieu d’en trouver de nouveaux, recycler les matériaux dont nous disposons tout en conservant leur qualité.
