New video! A little silly and whimsy for this one. I wanted to do short animations that's like those little scenes in anime before and after commercial breaks.

These are going to be head canon events or random stuff. Some will be silly, some will be serious. This will also give me the chance to do videos for different side characters in UU SMP too. There's a lot of people after all.

Since they're meant to be like extra stuff, the animation won't be complex and there won't be any voice lines. Just a little fun from me! I hope you like it!

New video out! This one is mostly a test for the color/style I wanna do for future UU SMP so don't expect anything intricate. I like this scene in particular so I figured why not do something for it.

I am gonna keep tweaking stuff and improving, but animation and art quality will probably be the same for everything I'm going to do for UU from now on. Gotta balance the quality and time taken to complete the project, y'know. This is also mostly a hobby and I'm not a professional animator so don't expect me to make an actual anime.

As much as I want to try action scenes, unfortunately, those will be strictly for opening-like animations because I don't have a clean audio and Minecraft's crit noises for 20 minutes aren't exactly fun to listen.

Hope you'll like this one though. Next video is going to be Director's Arc. And then one for Spoke's base infiltration arc will be after (I'm excited for this one, honestly).

You already know what time it is... kari back with more character designs from S1 animation. This is the last batch, though. Since everyone else is mostly static shot, I only made sheets for people that are in more than one scene or people that move.

When we get to S2 with specific arcs and characters, you'll see more designs as we go. I'll probably tweak some people (not necessarily these 3 here) in the the future. It'll mostly be the clothes, though.

I'm glad that there are a lot of people who like my designs and those who are very passionate about what they should look like instead. If you have your own idea of what these MCYT skins should look like, y'all should try designing your own and sharing. It's honestly one of my favorite parts when it comes to art. Character designing/concept art is fun.

I know people are missing some things from original skin like Wemmbu's horn, but there's a reason why I am omitting the horn. It'll make sense later, I promise. As for Mapicc's jewelry... sorry, but I'm not animating that lol. I'm just starting out, y'all. I can't do stuff like an actual anime okay... At least, not right now.

I'm working on a new animation, which is going to have Flame in it. It's not going to be like the S1 opening because that's a big project. The one I'm doing right now is more like a test on how I want my future animations to look. You'll get what I mean once I'm done. I'm hoping to finish it before the year ends.

Heyo, kari here. I'm back at it again with more character sheet. This time, it's the deuteragonists (No Lomedy tho because he's in S2).

I'm just gonna start off that my character designs are my interpretation of the characters and Minecraft pixels. They are intentionally kept simple to make it easier to animate. It may not be to your liking, but hey that's what art's about. I'm not here to please everyone, and frankly that's impossible. What I'll do is share my reasons for why they look this way, though.

Spoiler warning for S1, by the way. You have been warned! Go watch Unstable SMP before reading this (or before you watch my animation).

Wifies has two eye colors because I'm running the Yin and Yang theme. One part is the light and one part is the dark. The moment that he joins the Mafia and made up his mind of being the [redacted], both of his eyes become black to signify the loss of light. His black/white eyes are also the opposite to his attire to symbolize the warped sense of good and evil.

Mapicc is pretty straightforward. He matches Spoke as the Devil Duo with his horns, but his are slightly taller. Also, he has no tail because he's not fully a devil. There is still humanity in him and he's essentially Spoke's anchor in S1, reminding his friend about the morality of his actions. With that said, he's still down to cause some chaos with Spoke, though lol.

Lastly, eggchan. Woo, this one is an interesting one. I see a lot of people draw him as a biblically accurate angel and it's cool and all, but I figured that might be a bit difficult to animate so I went with a more sci-fi look. I'm also into mecha stuff, but I'm not very good at it so this is a good time to practice. It lowkey fits him because all the deuteragonists got Doraemon pockets where they just happen to have shulkers full of whatever the protagonists need. Also, drawing him made me realize that his tie matches Wemmbu. Why did I not notice that before?

PS. I know Nufuli is not in S1 but there was a Parrot flashback where he lowkey exists so I just added him. Sorry if your favs not there. If they're in S2, you'll probably see them. There are a lot of people in UU.

Main Four UU's design that I did for the S1 animation. I'm happy with Spoke and Wemmbu's look, but I'll probably tweak Parrot's later and definitely changing Flame's now that he's off the villain status to protagonist status. Parrot has 2 Xs on his shirt because he's Parrotx2... I'm so funny...

I'm glad that everyone's liking the animation and wanting more, even a full anime season. Honestly, that would be so cool, but there are limits to what I can do. Forget the funding, there would be copyright/consent issues that come with doing a project as big as that. Plus, I would need clean audio of people's voices and sound effects. I don't think people want to hear the crit sound like 10 million times, right?

For now, I'll just focus on doing short animations. Sub 2 minutes, but I do want to make it look more anime, though!

Hello all, kari here. I finally finished the full version of the animation so please check it out if you haven't already! There's a lot of people and this entire project took 2 months... Y'know, with learning how to animate, drawing, and my other responsibilities and all, but I'M FINALLY DONE!!!

I hope to make more in the future, but instead of uploading half like this one, I'll be doing big projects and small projects. Stuff like short 10s~ animations of different scenes in UU and big animation that covers an entire arc behind the scene.

The next big project I'm planning on doing is the Director's Arc. As for smaller projects, right now I want to do one from Flame's, but if there's any moments y'all love from UU, please share with me!

This channel is being ran by Kari and SPP. I want to clarifying that there are two people behind this, but Kari (me) is the only person working on the UU animation videos while SPP has been doing the shorts.

I'm still working on second half which got like 15+ unique characters so that's what taking most of my time (and my other responsibilities, of course). Here to also remind y'all that Flame will be there. He's an antagonist in S1 which is why I didn't put him as one of the protagonists. Once I get to the arcs where he IS the protagonist, you'll see more of him, for sure.

Also, I've tweaked some colors and fix minor mistakes. Mainly Zam and Wemmbu's after some feedback. You'll see these changes in the final video and I'll probably unlist the WIP one so people don't get confused. The image attached is a preview.

Hello, kari here. I don't know where everybody came from, but thank you for watching my first animation for UU SMP!

This one is the first half and the entire thing will cover the FIRST SEASON of UU from the start to the end of Mafia Arc so please look forward to it. I plan on doing more animations in the future, including stuff for Season 2, but I'm the only person doing this project so it'll take some time. And for those wondering, yep, Flame will also be there (both in the second half of this animation and as a protagonist in future Season 2 ones). I didn't forget about him!

I've been following UU for a while since when S1 was still ongoing but this is the first time I've interact with the fandom so I'm happy with the reception so far.
