Update on the $4k hair disaster from Hair by Chrissy: The creator, @NotFamous, ended up getting rescued by a seasoned stylist, Rachel Bynum, who has 16 years of experience, and she FIXED it.
Now⌠could Chrissy have delivered the same results? Maybe. But only if she actually did the work herself instead of slapping a âChrissy experienceâ fee on it and passing the job off to her assistants.
Also, @NotFamous didnât pay a dime. I believe everything was covered. But if she had paid Rachel out of pocket, the total wouldâve been $2,750: $1,625 for the hair, $750 for the install, and $375 for color.
