The Emma Grede discourse is interesting. I actually agree with her, if you want the corner office and CEO corporate status, you should not be working remote. These positions require work lunches, connections, added responsibilities, and jockeying for power, and even then, it’s not guaranteed. Yes, you can be successful at a remote company, but it’s more like a happy accident and not really the goal. 🤣If you are interested in ease, peace, helping others, and meaningful work, remote work is for you. 💻💻
