Once you’ve learned to bake bread with a sourdough starter, there’s no turning back. In fact, you’ll constantly yearn to experiment with new creations, and even when it doesn’t turn out right, you’ll keep trying. For me, it’s a form of meditation: have you ever kneaded a soft and gentle dough that doesn’t stick to your hands and becomes airy with tiny bubbles? And the aroma that fills the house while baking, mmm. All of this magic happens with just water and flour!
