I have problems sleeping👍🏻

Because I upload videos at 4am local time, my sleep patterns have changed, which is really bad - I sleep during the day and can't fall asleep at night.
It's 4:47 a.m. now, and I have to be at school in a couple of hours. I'm hoping I can get back on track with my sleep.
