KOICA is The Korea International Cooperation Agency: KOICA doesn't only provide financial and technical support to developing countries but also promotes sustainable development and grant trainings to professionals in many fields like cybersecurity, digital transitioning & health. Additionally, through various projects, KOICA is actively engaging in climate change, imroving the quality of life and cooperates with governments & NGOs to achieve poverty reduction, increase educational institutions, and emergency relief aids on a global scale.
كويكا هي الوكالة الكورية للتعاون الدولي، لا يقتصر دورها على تقديم الدعم المالي والتقني للدول النامية فحسب، بل تعمل أيضًا على تعزيز التنمية المستدامة مع تخصيص تدريبات للمتخصصين في مجالات عديدة مثل الأمن السيبراني، الرقمنة و مجال الصحة.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تقوم وكالة كويكا من خلال مشاريعها المتنوعة بالمشاركة بفاعلية في قضايا التغير المناخي، وتحسين جودة الحياة في الدول النامية، وتتعاون مع الحكومات والمنظمات غير الحكومية لتحقيق الحد من الفقر، وزيادة المؤسسات التعليمية، وتقديم مساعدات الإغاثة الطارئة على نطاق عالمي.
ODA stands for Official Development Assistance: A global concept designed to provide developing countries with government aid designed to promote their economic development, sustainability, health, education, partnerships and prosperity.
ODA is provided by official agencies (governmental and non governmental organizations), the assistance is in many formats like grants, loans or technical assistance.
المساعدات الإنمائية الرسمية ODA هي تدفقات التمويل التي تدار من أجل تحقيق هدف رئيسي هو تشجيع التنمية الاقتصادية والرفاهية في البلدان النامية، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز استدامتها، و مجالها الصحي، التعليمي، وازدهار الشراكات. تُقدَّم هذه المساعدات من خلال هيئات رسمية (حكومية ومنظمات غير حكومية)، وتأتي بأشكال متعددة مثل المنح، القروض، أو المساعدة التقنية.
