My journey in retail started early - not as a profession, but as a way of life. Being part of a 4th-generation family retail business, my learning came from the shop floor, the warehouse, the buying desk and most importantly - the customer.
At Kohinoor Cloth Stores LLP, I’ve worked across planning, retail buying, team development & strategy, contributing to our expansion into an 80,000+ sq.ft. structured retail space that brings efficiency and experience together.
Retail should be system-driven - not owner-dependent.
Today, I focus on enabling retailers to bring clarity, planning and structure into their business - so it runs smoothly, even when they are not present.
