Żuk - polish make (back in the 80s communism) van than used to brake down every 10 meters.
This one seems to be restored and converted into a camper van. Spotted in Wrocław, Poland.

Iveco Daily converted for #NHS and #ICR as a mobile clinic called 'Man Van' where any men could walk in to have their prostate get checked. I used to drive this 5.5 ton truck. Unfortunately, it was withdrawn from the service about a year ago.
