Hello friends! I'm writing to let you know that a channel name change might be coming soon. The chances are good. The reasons for this change are as follows: My business and store fronts are all under my legal entity called MakersFolly. Another reason is that...well, there aren't any other reasons lol. I want there to be more cohesiveness between my YouTube channel and my shops/storefronts. I feel like now would be a good time since my subscriber count is at 211. I'm operating under the assumption that my channel will grow, which I feel like is reasonable to assume? haha Well, I hope so anyway...I just wanted to give you a heads up so that when you come across my new name you don't unsub because you don't recognize my new name. Happy 4th of July Weekend!!! I hope everyone is having the most wonderful long weekend! It has been quite the hot summer! I hope you guys had a great night last night and perhaps saw some fireworks. It was so funny, I saw so many people parked on the side of the road and in gigantic ditches to see the fireworks. I hardly ever leave the house at night, but I had to last night and I realized how much fun the 4th is for everyone. As I'm typing this I realized that the dog in the gif is drinking a bud light lol. Good morning, sweet friends. I have an IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT COMMENTS and WHY IT SEEMS I'M NOT WRITING BACK, BUT I AM haha
YouTube has an automated security checking system that has to go through millions upon millions of comments, as well as, MY COMMENTS back to you! I have written back to every single comment left, religiously, but I slowly began to realize that I could no longer find my message or the originating comment from you! I was really disgruntled about this, so I contacted YT. Even, this morning, after reading the comments and accepting them, I could no longer find them to write back! Firstly, I HAVE written back to each and every one of you and with full responses. Just know that, first all. Secondly, never feel like you have offended me because it APPEARS as though I haven't written back. I actually have written back. It is just taking YT a while to process these comments and responses. A dear dollie crafty friend wrote to me this morning mentioning that I haven't written back and I have. It made me sad to think someone so kind thinks I'm ignoring their posts. PLEASE have patience with me and the YT comments system. It is so frustrating to me that this is happening. I just want you all to know that I have written back to each and every one of your comments and I have no idea where these comments are going, because I cannot find them again after I return a comment. If anyone out there has more information on why this is happening PLEASE kindly let me know? I would appreciate that so much. I just want you all to know that I do read all of the comments religiously and I do write back religiously, every single morning with my coffee. I feel terrible that this is happening. The very last thing I want to do is hurt anyone's feelings or make them feel neglected. Please forgive this circus of a mess that the comments system is causing. I am still upset that some of the comments that I accepted I can no longer find to write back to! It frustrates me, so much. If enough of us complain to YT, perhaps they may fix this issue? I don't know. My deepest apologies for making anyone feel like I would ever ignore their comments. xoxo I am so sorry for this...I hope I get some return messages to this post with some more info on this problem. Please don't let this stop you from commenting because for the most part I see can find the messages written to me and they do eventually show up. That stinks, though because it's already to the point where the person feels that I have either read it and decided to ignore them or that they don't matter, at all to me, which is the furthest thing from the truth. Alas, I will figure this out. I love all of your comments and I love getting to know all of you. You are precious, kind and loved humans and I really appreciate every word you type. Phew. I'm tired, now haha. I am so frustrated. I want to shout out people by name but I don't have anyone's permission and I wouldn't want them to feel uncomfortable. I hope you all are having a very happy Saturday. Final thought...knowing that I HAVE written back to every comments, thus far...except for the ones from this morning (because when I discovered that more of you feel ignored I immediately made a short about it) PLEASE keep your eyes peeled for the eventual responses that I assume you'll receive.
