Ah! It’s September already and Past Life has ended! (and Hermitcraft 10 is ending soon?? agh I’m so behind!)
Thank you guys so much for 30k subscribers! That’s a big number!! It means a lot to me that you all like my silly little doodles :)
This past month or so went by so fast! I seriously loved the ending of Past Life and I’d love to draw something for it, but I got super busy with school and have barely been able to draw, well, anything! Art block kinda sucks 🫤
That being said, I’ll probably be taking a break from social media for a bit to focus on IRL things. Not sure exactly how long that’ll be—hopefully not too long lol—but it just means I won’t be uploading videos/artwork that frequently—you know, pretty much what I’ve already been doing /silly
Of course I’ll still try to draw when I have the time/energy! That one Past Life animatic is getting done… slowly but surely… And I’d like to maybe make a post or video about redesigning my banner if I get around to it 👀

The Half-American Rejects!!
I haven’t been able to draw as much as I’d like to lately but when I saw these amazing Past Life skins by Muggse (commonantics on Tumblr) I just had to draw something inspired by it! It was fun playing around with my rendering style and poses to make this look almost like a funky album cover? I’m not sure what entirely I was going for but I like how it turned out in the end!

So I’ve kinda been getting into Stardew Valley lately and, well. ✨Krobus✨. My new obsession lol
I found out about this little guy and I am now convinced that he’s probably the best video game character ever pretty much. A little adorable shadow that is super polite and sweet and adorable that you can hug and be platonic partners?? HECK YEAH. (And, y’know, he happens to kinda look like my OC. Bonus points, if you ask me.)
So yeah. Enjoy this little doodle (*cough* while I procrastinate all my other tasks *cough*)

(Oh and also a little sneak peek on the second slide of an animatic WIP that -fingers crossed- I’ll be able to actually finish and it won’t sit in my abandoned pile of animatics! If so, this’ll be one of my longest ever animatics! Woohoo!)

Woah. Hi there.

It’s been a sec! Hope you all had a lovely Pride Month! Sorry for kinda going radio silent for a month lol—I got super busy throughout June with travel and barely had any time to draw, so I didn’t manage to make the illustration I was wanting to. Until now! It was so nice to be able to draw again, and I’m looking forward to having more time to get back in the groove of things :)

That being said, happy (late) Pride! I hope you know that you are worthy of love, respect, and safety regardless of who you are, who you love, or who others say you should be. The world can be a bit of a crappy place, especially to people like us, but that will never mean we should give up on fighting for a better future of equity, fair rights, and open-minded kindness. Be proud of who you are. Be proud of how far you’ve come, whether you are “out” about your identity or not (or don’t even fully understand it yourself!). Whatever your situation may be, you are deserving of kindness and have the powerful ability to spread kindness to others!

Ah, Hermitcraft. Isn’t it amazing?
I haven’t really had the time to commit to doing Hermit-a-day-May this month, but I was able to scrape together this doodle sheet of all the Hermits (and friends!) over the past few days. It was actually really fun making designs for Hermits I haven’t drawn before/haven’t drawn in a long time, and I’m pretty happy with how this turned out!
This silly Minecraft server with silly Minecraft people has been my favorite thing ever for the past year—all the creators and fanbase are so nice and respectful, I’m so glad to have found such a fun, supportive community. And it truly means a lot that I get to draw silly doodles of them and get so much positivity from y’all. Thank you, Hermitcraft community! 💛
