Chichijima is the most adventurous and interesting place I've ever been in Japan. 1000km off the coast of Tokyo, deep in the pacific, it’s full of WWII shipwrecks, bunkers, underground tunnels and some of the friendliest people I've ever met. You won't want to miss this one 🍿
Surround yourself with good people and good things happen.
Went home for my birthday, and Sarah surprised me with Post Malone tickets.
Went to the best brewery in the south, Creature Comforts, where one of the employees recognized me and gave me a fat bag of merch. If you’ve watched my videos you know I own like 3 shirts so that was sick.
Then I met with James from Full Circle, the best vintage shop I’ve ever been to and a long-time friend, and he also hooked it up fat. Also found a deeeeep cut 9/11 shirt and James gave it to me for free haha.
Heart is feeling very full as I’m surrounded by talented and generous people. Thank you guys for a great birthday
One year on the road. It all started as a crazy idea- to go from Ireland to Japan, across the entirety of the biggest land mass on the planet. Do it with a motorcycle, and do it solo. Well, little did I know I would be doing most of the trip without a motorcycle, and I wouldn’t ever really be alone. I would be meeting tons of amazing people, eager to share their culture with a traveller from a faraway land. My goal was to see how culture changes slowly across Eurasia- by taking only land borders and taking an entire year to soak it all in. Well, I can confidently say I’ve done it- I’ve done something I didn’t know was possible- I left the house a year ago with almost no plan. I had a motorcycle and a little money and that was it. And through a constant process of figuring it out day-by-day, I’ve done it. Special thanks to my friends, family, and patrons who have supported me along the way. Even when I do arguably stupid stuff, they’re still by my side because they know how much this means to me. This has been the most meaningful journey of my life and it’s been my pleasure to share it with you all. Not long before we’ll be in Japan. Newest video from Myanmar is in the comments ⬇️go check it out
Full send this week on the channel. Took a motorcycle 3 hours to a remote Indian village, onto a rickety boat where I thought we had a 50/50 chance of sinking. My Indian friend even turned to me at one point and said “You can swim, right?” 🤣
That’s it for India. It’s been a bumpy but very adventurous ride. Not sure I’ll ever come back here but I made a hell of a lot of memories. Link to the video is in the comments. Namaste bitches.
After getting locked out of my YT account for a month we’re finally back with the last video from Iraq. I was actually sad to leave this country- after only 8 days it started to feel like home. Out of the 21 countries I’ve visited in the last 9 months, Iraqis are the friendliest, most loving people, and it’s not even close✊🇮🇶Thats it from Iraq! Where do you think we’re off to next? 🤔
