Multiple GRAMMY ® and Dove Award winning artist-songwriter Chris Tomlin and GRAMMY ® and Dove Award winning producer-songwriter Jason Ingram joined forces to create a new Nashville-based music publishing company, TIM Publishing (Tomlin, Ingram, Music), to become strong advocates for songwriters to help amplify their gifts. Publishing veteran Stacey Willbur has been tapped to helm the team with her vast experience at EMI CMG, EMI Nashville & Capitol.
The publishing endeavor was created in 2021 and has signed some of the brightest songwriters that Nashville has to offer: Steffany Gretzinger, Jess Cates, Tommy Iceland, Benji Cowart, and Chris Davenport.

It’s truly an honor to begin this journey with you. Thank you for trusting us with your songs—we are expectant and excited to see all that the Lord does in 2026 through the songs you are writing and leading.
Originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, Lindy Cofer is a missionary, singer, songwriter, and worship leader with Circuit Riders. In 2012, YWAM Kona launched a team to Southern California that would become Circuit Riders. Through their ministry on college campuses and into the nations, the Circuit Rider Music was formed. Circuit Riders is home to over 250 full-time missionaries and initiatives, including Circuit Rider Music, Carry The Love, and The Send. Their passion is simple and powerful: loving Jesus and seeing people reached with that love.
Lindy has written and led songs like "Look to the Lamb" Jesus Culture, "Jesus Christ & Crucified"w/ Mitch Wong, "Look What the Lord Has Done", "Marvelous" with w/Mitch Wong, and the most recent release of "Take Courage" with Circuit Riders.
Lindy is currently based in Huntington Beach, California, with her Husband, Chase & 3 children.
