On your Journal, using a pen with red ink colour, write down your wish addressing Saint Expedite. It can be of the following structure:

Dear Saint Expedite,

I call upon your divine presence in my urgent need. I thank you for coming over to listen to my plea. I am grateful for your holy presence in such a situation in my life and for the divine light you cast over. (I am also grateful for....add what ever you are grateful for in your life).

I request thy grace and help in ---- state your issue and desired help very clearly---. If fulfilled, I promise to offer you (red rose / red velvet cake / anything of your choice, keeping in mind that red is his favourite colour).
You can specify the date by which you desire the outcome as well.

The most effective day to do this is Wednesday, but one can also do it on any day of the week. Especially Tuesdays are also as effective as Wednesdays.
