I am 96 years old and was born on March 30, 1929. I suffer from early-stage dementia and work hard on rehabilitation every day. I started streaming videos to show that elderly people like me can still strive to live. Initially, it was a small space for live streaming my sleeping position to inform caregivers and visiting nurses about my health, but now it has developed into a community where many people from all over the world come to greet me. 私は96歳で、昭和４年3月30日に生まれました。初期の認知症を患っており、毎日リハビリに励んでいます。私のような高齢者でも頑張って生きている姿を示すために、動画配信を始めました。最初は、介護士さんや訪問看護師の方々に私の健康状態を知らせるために寝姿をライブ配信する小さな空間でしたが、今では世界中から多くの人々が挨拶に来てくれるコミュニティに発展しました。皆さん、こんな私ですが、温かく見守ってください。
