Are your lips tense right now? Let’s do a small test for about a minute.
While you’re reading this text, bring your attention to your lips and the area around your mouth. Try to notice what sensations you feel in this area right now. Stay with that feeling for about 10 seconds.
Now take a slow, deep breath. And make a long, gentle exhale through a slightly open mouth. Leave your mouth slightly open and again bring your attention to the area around your lips.
Many people suddenly notice something interesting at this moment: it may feel as if the lips have relaxed, become softer, and the area around the mouth feels lighter.
And this usually means that just a moment ago the lips were slightly tense — we simply didn’t notice it.
There is nothing wrong with that in itself. The problem is that this kind of tension can happen hundreds of times throughout the day.
We may be working, watching a movie, walking — and not realize that our lips stay slightly clenched the whole time.
Over time, this habit constantly pulls on the skin around the mouth. And this is exactly how vertical lines around the lips gradually begin to form.
That’s why I created a new video where I explain in detail:
• how lip lines around the mouth actually form • which everyday habits can make this problem worse • how the orbicularis oris works — one of the most active muscles of the face
And most importantly, at the end of the video I show 5 simple exercises that you can do together with me.
They help relax this muscle, reduce constant lip tension, and decrease the load on the skin around the mouth.
This video will be useful both if you already notice these lines and if you want to prevent them from appearing in the future.
Most forehead wrinkles don’t appear overnight. They usually start forming long before we really notice them.
Throughout the day we constantly use the muscles around the eyebrows and forehead — when we concentrate, react emotionally, work at a computer, or squint in bright light. In many ways, this is completely natural. Our face is simply responding to what’s happening around us.
The real issue is something else.
Most people never notice how long their forehead stays tense. Hours can pass with the eyebrows slightly raised or the area between them contracted — and we rarely think about relaxing it.
Over time, the skin begins folding in the same places again and again. That’s how horizontal forehead wrinkles and the “11 lines” between the eyebrows gradually start to form.
In my 8 years of practice, I’ve seen this very often — especially in people with demanding, high-responsibility jobs. When you spend a lot of time concentrating, thinking, analyzing, the forehead works almost constantly.
The good news is that this area responds surprisingly well when you start working with it properly.
There are two important steps:
– learning to notice and reduce unnecessary facial tension – learning to actively relax the forehead muscles
This is exactly why I created a 10-minute face exercise routine focused on gently relaxing this area.
It’s simple, natural, and easy to follow. And when practiced regularly, many people begin to notice changes in as little as 7 days — the forehead feels softer, and the lines start to look less pronounced.

Under-eye bags, puffiness, hooded lids, fine lines? Let’s work with the real causes.
Swelling and heaviness around the eyes are often connected to fluid retention, muscle tension, and changes in structural support.
When lymphatic flow slows down, fluid accumulates. When the eye muscles stay chronically tight, they lose efficiency and can emphasize lines and sagging. Over time, the area looks tired and less defined.
I’ve created a new focused eye workout that addresses these factors together — in one structured session: https://youtu.be/AnHMsYuVepI
In this training, we:
• Stimulate lymphatic drainage to help reduce excess fluid and visible puffiness • Gently release tension in the eye muscles so they can function properly • Activate and strengthen the orbicularis oculi to restore tone and support • Work with the upper lid to create a lighter, more open appearance
All techniques are controlled, simple, and designed for regular practice. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Stop treating your face in zones! Here’s the secret... ✨
We often focus on fixing just one area—like under-eye circles or a saggy jawline. But the truth is, our face doesn't age in isolation. Everything is connected, from the top of your head down to your collarbones.
I’ve just released a new "all-in-one" practice video that treats your face as the complete system it is. It’s a full routine designed to lift, refresh, and release deep-seated tension in one go.
In this video, we’ll cover:
- Postural alignment and deep breathing (the foundation of a lift).
- Releasing the jaw muscles to soften your facial contour.
- Targeted moves for bright eyes and toned cheeks.
- Scalp massage to "anchor" the entire lifting effect.
No more searching for separate exercises. Just press play and give yourself a session that works on every layer of your beauty.
The lymphatic system plays a quiet but important role in how the face looks.
It helps remove excess fluid and metabolic waste, yet unlike blood circulation, it has no pump of its own. Lymph moves only through breathing, gentle muscle activity, and regular movement.
When this system works well, the face tends to look lighter, fresher, and more relaxed, with clearer contours. When movement slows, fluid lingers — and the face can appear heavier, puffier, and more tired, even after rest.
Because lymphatic vessels sit very close to the surface, they don’t respond to force or intensity. They respond to slow rhythm, softness, calm breathing, and consistency. That’s why effective lymph support always looks gentle.
I’ve recorded a short daily routine designed to support natural lymph flow in the face, without pressure, pain, or effort.
If you have a few quiet minutes, I invite you to practice with me.
You look in the mirror and feel like your face looks more tired than you feel inside.
Puffiness, tension, sagging, a heavy or dull expression — many people notice these changes even when they try to take care of their face.
Over the years of practicing and teaching face yoga, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again. People do exercises, massages, and routines they find online, but the results are weak, inconsistent, or disappear quickly.
In most cases, the problem isn’t effort. It’s missing the right foundation.
That’s why I created a free step-by-step guide called “7 Steps to Your Natural Beauty” 👉 www.alinafaceyoga.com/
This guide is based on more than 8 years of personal practice and 6+ years of teaching experience. It explains how face yoga really works and what actually influences visible results.
In just 10 minutes, you’ll learn what truly affects how your face looks, how to avoid the most common mistakes that sabotage progress, which habits silently age your face even if you exercise, how to practice safely and effectively, and how to track real changes without frustration.
If you want clarity instead of random advice, this is a good place to start.
Do you ever look in the mirror in the morning and feel like your face looks tired, puffy, and not quite like yourself, even after a good night’s sleep?
This is very common after 40 — not because you’re doing something wrong, but because fluid doesn’t drain as easily and muscles stay tense overnight.
I’ve just shared a new video with a 10-minute morning routine that will help you gently wake up your face, reduce puffiness, and look more refreshed — without injections or aggressive techniques.
In this routine, you will:
– stimulate lymphatic flow – release tension in the neck and jaw – softly activate facial muscles – help your face look more awake from the very start of the day
This practice is calm, safe, and easy to follow, even if you’ve never tried face yoga before.
Save the video, try it in the morning, and let me know in the comments how your face feels after the first session.
After you read it, share your impressions in the comments — and if you still have questions, write them there too so I can help you and cover them in future videos.
