81 years ago today,in Normandy,France,179,000 allied troops stormed into Normandy.

June 5,1944 roughly 23:00pm 23,400 allied paratroopers jumped behind enemy lines to soften up the enemy’s troops and destroy important targets to help the invasion cut like butter.
Only a few hours after,6:30 am,June 6.About 156,000 allied troops landed at Utah,Omaha gold ,Juno,and sword.Approximately 2,501 American deaths, 1,449 British, 391 Canadian, and 73 from other Allied nations.With over 5000 wounded,more than 10,000 mia.Thats well over 20,000 young boys lives torn from the corn stocks.
Today we honor those who gave their lives for what they succumbed to in the beaches and fields of France.
