صار لي ثلاث اسابيع مريضة خمس ايام بتكون حالتي سيئة ويومين بحس حالي صرت طبيعية وبعدها برجع اسوء من قبل تعبت ايش فيني مش عارفة ايه المرض الغريب ده لو صار لي اسبوعين مختفية ترحموا علي I have been sick for three weeks. For five days I feel bad, for two days I feel normal, and then I go back to being worse than before. I am tired. What is wrong with me I don’t know what this strange illness is. If I have been missing for two weeks, It means that I have passed away
