Skinny legs again. So bored 😑 Tomorrow is my catheter up my arm for heart and lungs. Hope they put me under anesthesia. Mostly, just Hematology attempting to figure things out why my body is attacking my red blood cells. Did my biopsy at midnight last nite, hurt like no other. Met with my main Liver doctor and transplant team that will be taking care of me outside here.
Any movie suggestions for free to pass time?

I love this doctor's channel. He did one about stories about Valentines day with Senior's asking for a list of things they needed, and it was all condoms, so they put them on the door. Then next day, a lot got tested for stds cus they were getting it on lol.
Anyone watch the medical show , "THE PITT" on HBO MAX? maybe there is a trial

Alot of empaths and introverts experience this! Good revelation of the mind, story to watch. I like his quote at end section "Being inside you save money!" "Being Outside you spend money!" We need social connections, surely, but you can get that free, church, groups, etc. Capitalism is good till a moment it isn't, and I believe this is where the crossroads in life society is approaching on. We simply do not need all that we think we need.

super interesting and informative about why sugar is so bad because binds to protein and without supplements like B1, magnesium and potassium, the blood flow will not flow correctly causing swelling and also too much sodium. Gah wish I learned this all in school, but he explains it so well!
