⭐During filming, the entire scene in which Rambo jumps off a cliff and hangs out over trees was planned to be stunted. However, Sylvester Stallone gave up on this decision and wanted to play himself in the last part of this scene. Despite the objections of the director, the scene was shot without a stuntman and Stallone's three ribs were broken during the shooting. In the movie, the actor's ribs are broken.
⭐At the original end of the movie, Rambo dies from a bullet from Colonel Trautman's gun. However, the producers removed this scene from the movie at the last moment and a new ending was made where Rambo didn't die.
