I have been recognizing my patterns since the pandemic and especially this past 1.5-2 years has been releasing them, unlearning who I thought I was. Releasing Attachments. Enmeshments. Soul sucking colonialism inner structures and desiring to live my life. I had to let go of my mom (she transitioned when I was 11 and she was 32) I’v felt so guilty for so long that she didn’t make it; that I couldn’t save her. My journey now is to live fully. I’m 65 and regret that I’ve lived other people’s lives. I wish everyone a soulful revolution 🎉 This is my journey.
