For those of you have have put Metal in the NE for the Wood Snake Year, if any of the Metal is in your NE1 Subsector, you should remove it before you go to bed on Feb 3rd or wait until your next Sun & Moon Arrival Dates to remove it as NE1 has the 3 Killings in the Fire Horse Year.
Fortunately in the Fire Goat Year, the South is free of Annual Afflictions (so you can safely place Metal in any South Subsector before Feb 4th.

Unfortunately I am human and I used the data from 2025 for the best dates to place Metal to cure the 5-Yellow. I am rechecking and making sure I have the best Hours and the best dates for 2026. I would like to thank the individual who caught my error because they checked the Clash Animals! Sorry for the error, but I will have the new video up later today.

The Activation dates on the 19th through the 21st really worked for me. I succeeded in creating my first Short video (more restricted when using a computer instead of a smart phone - which I don't have), also learned how to create Chapters (which turned out to be easy, but boring) in my videos and finally created an Excel file to do the San Sha for windfall wealth for a single year where there can be a mix of Full Hexagram and Upper Trigram links in the Year and Month, but Full Hexagram links in the Day and Hour. This file needs to be updated for each year, but it is relatively easy to do the updates. I have long had the excel file for 4 Full Hexagrams, but it was not very useful in finding other dates (and some dates with 4 Full Hexagrams are over 30 years away). Still need to check that everything is 100% correct in the coding for any given year, but it looks good so far. I plan to use the good Dates at the end of the year too. I activated only with a Fan because there is too much nearby electrical equipment to risk water and a container that could possibly leak.

I am closing the Raffle drawing for the San Sha today as I have enough people who have dates this coming year (the Fire Horse Year) to be able to make reasonable analysis of the results (how many Full Hexagrams are needed etc. to have a decent chance of winning something). Anyone who is now in the raffle will get their dates done in the next month or so.

Finally someone has a 4 Full Hexagram San Sha Date in 2026. There are some mitigating factors, such as a Clash of the Day with one Pillar, but nothing in my reading of the San Sha indicates this is completely disqualifying (these dates are so rare, the formation may override the Clash). We will see!

I am working on the Void Star (aka DE), which is the last Star in Patrick Choo's Book 1 (of 2) on the Auxiliary Stars. It is turning out to be quite interesting with the information beyond his book and not all DE's are created equal. It will still take me some time to digest all the information, but there are ways to reduce the effect of a DE and not all DE's need to be mitigated!
