"Whaaaaa??? 1k subs?? Time for a lil speech I guess haha
The first time I watched an SFM splatoon animation was a video from Poool157 probably around 5 years ago. I was obsessed with splatoon at the time and was heavily inspired by the SFM community to teach myself how to make these with Source Filmaker. I used an old Toshiba laptop, probably that was older than I was at the time, when I posted my first video. As I was getting used to animating on there and I had a pretty good storyline in mind I had been writing for a few years, and I've always marveled at the possibillity of getting 1,000 subs, since I was a kid back when I was giddy over my first 15 subscribers haha.
And honestly...? I first want to thank those who have been here from the very beginning, those few who were the first to like the video, and those who were the first to comment on my animations that only got initially around 300 views. My face always lights up when I see your enthusiasm towards my work and it really makes me want to make my animations as entertaining, detailed, and professional as possible. I honestly can't believe I've passed this goal I've always set for myself. I've faced and am facing though a lot of adversity with school, mental health and technology issues, just the real world in general, so the videos always take longer than expected to post. But even still, seeing all of you support me really means a lot, and I really want to push forward and continue the Shattered project as well as make you guys laugh with my goofy animations. My two favorite things (well, besides donuts...) are making people laugh, and telling a captivating story, so I hope you stick around for more great adventures to come!"
