Do you keep failing every time you set a new goal??

Are you guilty of not following through on your resolutions??

YOU ARE NOT ALONE…

One huge tip is to review and revise your goals weekly. Sometimes we set them so high but realistically it is much better to set SMALL, ACHIEVABLE ACTIONS daily. So then you can begin to become the type of person who follows through and does what they say they will do.

Every time you you take those new daily actions, you take one step closer to becoming the type of person who hits their goals.

In my newest YouTube video I take you along a couple days in January where I’m refocusing and re-setting my overall goals (I show you my entire process, so you can hopefully learn some tips). I bring you along with me on my first workout of 2023 and I discuss how I organize my goals and break it down so I can achieve them. I also discuss the reality that you are going to need to put effort into your goals weekly to truly reach them by the end of the month but most importantly to continue them ALL YEAR LONG.
