I am sorry for not posting this past few weeks. I am just truly heartbroken... I currently do not know where to start again. I was not able to take CPALE last may and Online Refresher is no longer allowed. What next? I really do not know...

Online refreshers are no longer entertained by PRC especially certificates that were issued June 2024 onwards.. :( It seems that there will be another roadblock on my journey. But this is not the end...
