Johnny Gucci is a Dominican/Colombian-American Artist from the concrete jungle, also known as New York City. Since birth, he was exposed to all things percussion and music. His father is a legendary Dominican percussionist who went on tour with all of the legends of Salsa including Celia Cruz, Tito Puente and many more. Growing up in Queens, New York, Johnny Gucci fell in love with hip-hop at a very young age. His earliest influences included Eminem and 50 Cent. Johnny Gucci fell in love with the lyrical styles of rap; however, it wasn't until he heard about Drake while in High school that he then decided to embrace melodic tunes. Johnny Gucci is a hybrid of NYC and Latin Music with a splash of pop. He's here to keep embracing his Dominican and Colombian roots all while mixing in his New York City swag. After all, he is "DE LOS NEW YORES".
