Solution
1. According to the layout: Due to the space limitation of the production line, this scene adopts the robot inverted loading, due to the two axles on the AGV is relatively large, in order to achieve a larger workspace, the cantilever beam inverted loading of the robot is adopted, and the angle of the cantilever beam can be rotated to meet the scope of the work;
2. Tooling: Because the product needs to be coated with 2 kinds of sealant and 1 kind of thread adhesive, so the end is equipped with 3 glue supply valves, and at the same time, it needs to visually locate to find the holes and the product position, and add the camera, using DUCO GCR14-1400 robot to meet both the load and the workspace;
3. gluing programme; this programme because the amount of glue is not large, using the replacement of the hose to meet the amount of glue, the larger amount of hose installed side-by-side in the joint arm, through the air pump to complete the gluing;
4. Workflow: mobile robot carrying the product walking in place, the robot began to take pictures of the product in turn, to find the product location, start the gluing procedure, around the bridge package outer ring of screw holes coated with two turns of the glue line, and then use the threaded adhesive to the screw holes in turn dispensing glue.
