Inner child play is one of the 8 daily essentials that is needed more than ever in these times we are in 💕

I (Layla Wind) have spent a few days in the San Francisco/Oakland area and one of the many things my sun/son🌞 and I love to do is to explore and go on an adventure. We let our curiosity and inquisitive nature lead the way 😍 We visited one part of the red woods at the “Muir Woods National Monument” and Mother Earth has never failed to take my breath away and to make me feel so at home. The redwood Hyperion trees happen to be some of the tallest trees in the World. The wisdom I get from being adventurous and exploring Mother Earth is so healing and expansive and I couldn’t do it without the guidance and curious nature of my inner child.

The inner child seeks to follow his/her heart, have a beginners mind and open his or herself up to all of the magic, synchronicities, and wisdom from our spontaneous experiences.

Sometimes we do need to just get up and go when the “calling” and “pulling” is so loud and strong without trying to make sense of every detail.

Thus cultivate a relationship with your inner child today with the attributes of curiosity, exploration and adventure and see where they are calling you to. Everything serves a higher purpose ✨💫💛🐝🐝🐝

There's a reason we are drawn to gazing at the ocean.
It is said the ocean provides a closer reflection of who we are than any mirror.

It feels good to take a moment to sit with the ocean and reflect on day 18 of my 30 day juice fruit fast.. I feel the water cleansing my body and so much has shifted within me, I have an overall inner-standing of my purpose and the radical honestly and accountability I have taken has quantum leaped me. My only desire is to continue to do the work, stay in my heart and be in a state of joy and bliss and of course GRATITUDE.

One of the greatest matrix programs is that success means how much money you make, how glamorous you look, how famous or popular you are or even how talented you are for example. And let’s be clear…there is NOTHING wrong with having a lot of money, looking beautiful or handsome, being well known and even being extremely talented. All of these are wonderful experiences of being human especially when we are leading with love 💗

But why do so many people have the popularity, the money, the talent, yet they don’t have real inner peace, suffer from low self esteem, don’t have genuine friends around them, surrounded by drama, toxic relationships, suffering from addiction of all kinds and even in some cases suicidal?

It is because the wounded ego seeks approval and always has something to prove rather than to be. It is because they are disconnected from the Divine and have forgotten that success comes from inside out and not the outside in. They have forgotten who they really are beyond all the titles, images, and material. The eternal Divine being of love and light we all are ✨

I had the honor of being a part of a beautiful Temazcal Ceremony and it was such a beautiful cleansing and transformative experience.

My soul voice, light language came through as I went deep within the womb of the mother blessing every part of my being. It felt like time was still as the ceremony was flowing in divine love and authenticity.

Now more then ever with ascension it’s important to purify the soul and this is one of the ways I’ve been called too.

✨ A temazcal is a ceremony steeped in Mexican heritage. It involves participants sitting in a traditional sweat lodge for health and therapeutic benefits. Ceremonies usually last for two or more hours and are typically led by a sort of spiritual leader called a shaman or temazcalero.

Temazcal ceremonies originated in South America, more specifically Mexico. It has been practiced by Mexicans in that part of the world and other parts of the world for thousands of years.
However, you don’t have to be of South American heritage to enjoy the benefits of a temazcal. The ceremonies have grown in popularity over the years and are now practiced in different parts of the world. The word temazcal comes from the word temāzcalli, which is Nahuatl (an Uto-Aztec language) for ‘the house of heat.’
Historically, temazcals began as a cleansing ritual for the people to engage in before and after going to wars. It was also rumored to have healing powers.

Temazcal has proven to have many benefits. You might notice clearer skin and an improvement in weight loss efforts.

Some other benefits include:

Improvement of depression symptoms:

A 2005 study on the effects of thermal therapy on people with mild depression, found that thermal therapy helped improve symptoms of appetite loss and other complaints in people who have mild depression.
Removal of toxins from the body: Temazcal ceremonies are thought to help cleanse the body of toxins and impurities. Research shows that sweating has excellent potential in facilitating toxin removal.

Kim and Layla Wind are hosting Goddess gatherings in the Phoenix area that are donation based until August and if you are in the area we would love to have you! We keep the gatherings intimate with no more than 11 Women at a time so everyone feels heard, seen, and included in this interactive space which is very important to us.

The same way we want our Golden Age Goddess podcast audience to feel inclusive of everyone who is on the path of self love and ascension is the same way we want everyone to feel in person with us 💕 This is what is missing in so many “spiritual” communities today is the lack of authenticity, love and inclusivity with no agenda other than to unite with like hearted souls and remain on the path of ascension of human evolution through embodied Christ consciousness 🤗✨💫

Let this be your reminder to allow yourself to be supported and have discernment with whoever you decide to connect with on your spiritual journey. Real love can be triggering to many but so can fake love. Go within and decide what is coming up for you (projections or intuition) when it comes to being supported by other women. Notice where you feel your energy is the best match and aligned to. Remember Like energy attracts like energy always and opposing frequencies will always repel each other 🙏🏾✨
