My father with his brothers and sisters. He’s the one smiling in the middle at the top. He was the youngest. The oldest was uncle Richard who is the first one on the left at the bottom. He was the first Black school principal in Alabama. He was the principal at my father’s school and one of my aunts in this picture was my father’s teacher. There are 3 more that are not in this picture. My father was the youngest of 13.
