for those not in the know, this song, famously titled "BIBLE X3" is neither the title of the song nor is it likely produced by DJ TECHNORCH at all. This famous TikTok song is most likely lostwave without anyone realizing it. If no one can find the title of the original song, then i'm going to label it as lostwave until someone finds the original artist and song name. It's bizarre that I'm the first person who noticed this. The full tracklist of the mix is also unknown and I only found some of the songs through ContentID.

Uhh i think I spoke wayy too soon about Halley Labs'/ Lapfox Trax usage rights. I've said many times before that most of Em's work is creative commons but this doesn't seem to be true anymore. Back in the 2010's a good chunk of their bandcamp releases would have a creative commons license underneath the release, especially the releases from Bandetto I remember the most, but Em seems to have changed it around 2022. Along with that, if you look at the back catalog archives of the website in the waybackmachine, the ENTIRE back catalog (mostly VulpVibe releases) were all CC-BY 3.0 web.archive.org/web/20141006031848/http://lapfoxtr… ). it's unclear about what these old albums have now in terms of licensing but it's implied that the creative commons license has also been revoked. I wonder if it was in response to fears about AI training and exploiting the license, which seems to be the most likely.

This doesn't mean you're not allowed to use any Halley Labs music in your own work, as it seems like the creative commons license has been replaced with the 'HRLC License' ( heckscaper.com/res.php ), but it's far more restrictive and only applies to their definition of self-published works. No derivative content is allowed to be published on Spotify or any other form of mainstream music publishing, including full covers.
This ultimately doesn't matter in the long run, but I've seen YouTubers use LFT/HL music as background music. I'd especially be cautious if you're an animator trying to make a series or game and relying on the HRLC license to use as background music; it's technically allowed by the HRLC license, however, if the money made from it reaches a certain threshold you need to have official permission from Em and royalties from them like with Everhood. Personally, I wouldn't bother with any of the HRLC stems and music at all especially knowing you're indirectly supporting someone who has allegedly abused others.
I'm actually not sure about the legality of revoking a creative commons license just to put it back to full copyright, since it seems like a hell of a damn slippery slope, but I've seen it many times before unfortunately and it seems like artists have the right to do that. That's a line you have to tip toe on while looking for creative commons/royalty free/etc work to use in your own work, since the original artist can always just put it under copyright again and you're hit with a stinky copyright claim. Any day, Kevin Macleod can just remove the CC license and start copyright claiming any video who uses his songs and make millions and we're simply going to have to trust his intuition to not do that lol. Unfortunately the safest way to make your own work is to simply make everything from scratch.

Jasmin Wagner, 3 days ago announced the death of Paralyzer in her concert and uploaded it to instagram. I'm only finding out about it just now.
He was the creator of the Blümchen project, specifically 1/4th of the team. the others being Jasmin Wagner, Stani, and Alex Prince.

Just so everyone knows, apparently the AI that made the kyle song is called Suno AI. I had initially assumed the vocals were RVC but the whole song is ai generated. I had also assumed it was a parody of an already existing song, but it isn't.
