There has been a lot going on! I completed a lymphatic cleanse with an herbal blend I purchased from Alkaline Jungle. I did it for majority of the days (4 day increments per the instructions) in March. I started out on fruit only, but then listened to my body and changed it up. I incorporated a day of fasting on my off days each week, and I continued to swim at least 2 days a week. Ironically, doing all of this, I put on a few pounds. Also dealing with work stress, and allergies. But I did try okra water for a week, to support lymph flow, digestion, hydration, and blood sugar control.

I am doing a lymphatic Cleanse this month and my diet will consist of mostly fruit, so I decided to try these premium grapes from Costco.
I rated them 6/10. They are about $13 for one bunch. I wanted them to be sweeter and crunchier, but I guess that is what I get for trying to accommodate a sweet tooth while cleansing! 🤣😁

Hey, Y'all! So, I have taken a break (this week) from Alternate Day Fasting because I have been picking up weight. Yes, I have been eating (some junk), but lately, I think my weight gain is also from picking up the weight of other people's problem (which has affected my stress levels, my sleep etc...). I have done a good job this year of focusing on what is important in my life, but somehow, I recently lost focus, and now I see it on the scale. I will be doing a quick video on how I plan to refocus coming soon! ❤️ always!

Hey, good people! So, I just broke my 24-hour fast with this Chickpea Curry Stuffed Squash. I am eating up all of my pantry food so that I can prepare myself for a raw food challenge. Also, I had a cookie (not pictured because I ate it first)! The sweet tooth is so real!
Hey, good people! I am on Day 18, with 3 days left to finish! Yay for me! So today was a very therapeutic day, and I finished finger-knitting my blanket. The one on the left is the new one. The one on the right is the very first one I made (which was a year ago). Progress!

Hey, Y'all! So, I have taken a break (this week) from Alternate Day Fasting because I have been picking up weight. Yes, I have been eating (some junk), but lately, I think my weight gain is also from picking up the weight of other people's problem (which has affected my stress levels, my sleep etc...).
