My mom is OK. On Saturday morning, my mom fell in her bathroom and hit her head lightly on the floor. She had a bruise on her face. Because she is on a blood thinner, she needs to be evaluated following any blow to the head. She also recently broke her hip. She recovered from that surgery, but still has some weakness in her leg. Of course she fell on the side that had been repaired so they needed to evaluate that as well. She also has a pacemaker. The whole experience put her into Afib so they had her on a heart monitor for hours trying to get her heart rate to drop back into the normal range. Today, she seems to be getting back to normal.
Thank you all for your concern and understanding. I hated to miss the Zoom Call this week. I will be sure to get the next one scheduled ASAP. I am thinking about switching to Sundays. I will keep you posted.

I have to cancel the Mens Divorce Mastermind Meeting for today. My mother has fallen and is in the ER awaiting a CAT scan and an evaluation of her hip. We have been here almost all day and it does not seem likely we will be home any time soon. I will keep you posted

The feedback on the idea of having men support men's groups has been great. I am ready to get started.
For this first session, I will host it on Zoom and send all participants an invitation. I think I need to limit this first session to 6 people, and we can make the topic divorce, and all of its related issues, including parenting. If you are interested, send me an email with the topic "Zoom Session" in the heading so I can sort the emails easily. Please send me a note with your best email address and a few sentences about what you'd like to discuss. It will be first-come, first-served. If I receive more than I can handle, I will schedule another session as quickly as possible. The first session will be this coming Saturday at 1 pm US. Eastern Time. There is no cost for this session. I am not sure how or if I will figure in a price. I may make it free for members of my Patreon going forward. But, this first session will be free for anyone who wants to join,

I was talking to a viewer this week and he had a great idea. He suggested that we create small groups to support guys going through some of the hardest days of divorce. I agreed that it is a great idea, but we will have to limit it to just a handful of guys at a time.

There are obviously a huge number of topics we can discuss in these groups, but I want to start off with what I think is the toughest and potentially most beneficial topic: parenting through divorce. Whether you're a single dad full-time or just trying to figure yourself out as a dad on the weekends. I think a lot of guys could benefit from this kind of conversation.

Because it would be free, and it would be limited to 6-10 people, we would have to run it on a first-come, first-served basis.

Let me know what topics might also be helpful and if this kind of forum would be interesting to you. I would not be able to run every session, so let me know if you would be interested in being the host of some sessions too.
