사실 제가 2년 전에 허리디스크로 꽤 고생을 했었는데, 최근에 무리가 갔는지 다시 상태가 조금 안 좋아졌어요. ㅠㅠ 당분간 매주 무거운 짐을 나르고 텐트를 치는 캠핑 일정을 소화하기엔 조금 벅찰 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다.
기다려주시는 분들을 생각하면 어떻게든 일정을 맞춰보고 싶었지만, 앞으로 더 건강하게, 오래오래 여러분과 캠핑을 즐기기 위해서는 지금 확실히 몸을 챙기는 게 맞다고 판단했어요.
그래서 당분간은 치료와 회복에 조금 더 집중하기 위해, 영상 업로드를 '격주'로 진행하려고 합니다!
자주 찾아뵙지 못해 아쉽고 죄송한 마음이 크지만, 쉬면서 꼼꼼히 재정비하는 만큼 더 힐링되고 알찬 영상으로 보답할게요. 요즘 날씨가 변덕스러운데 우리 구독자님들도 꼭 허리 조심하시고 늘 건강 챙기시길 바랄게요.

Thank you so much for always waiting for my videos and sending me your warm support. I am writing to inform you in advance that there will be some changes to the operation of the channel due to my health. 🥲
Actually, I suffered quite a bit from a herniated disc two years ago, and recently, perhaps due to overexertion, my condition has worsened a bit again. ㅠㅠ I felt that it would be a bit overwhelming to handle the weekly camping schedule, which involves carrying heavy gear and setting up tents, for the time being.
I wanted to somehow adjust my schedule out of consideration for those of you waiting for me, but I decided that taking proper care of my body right now is the right thing to do to stay healthy and enjoy camping with you all for a long time to come.
Therefore, to focus more on treatment and recovery for the time being, I plan to upload videos every other week!
I am very sorry and regretful that I cannot visit you often, but I will make up for it with more healing and informative videos as I thoroughly regroup during my break.
The weather has been unpredictable lately, so I hope all my subscribers take care of their backs and always stay healthy.

평소엔 건강 하나는 자부하던 제가… 최근 겨울방학 여행 중 노로바이러스에 걸린 데 이어, 이번엔 독감까지 겹쳐 버렸어요 ㅠㅠ 아무래도 면역력이 많이 떨어진 상태라 감기 바이러스가 쉽게 들어온 것 같아요.
평소엔 감기도 3~4일이면 괜찮아지는 편인데, 이번엔 독감이라 그런지 일주일이 다 되어 가는데도 고열과 식은땀, 기침, 가래가 쉽게 가라앉지 않네요 ㅠㅠ
그래서 너무 아쉽게도 이번 주 캠핑은 다녀오지 못했습니다 ㅜㅜ 지금 6일째 이불 속에서 꼼짝 못 하고 있는데, 하루빨리 이불 밖으로 뛰쳐나가고 싶은 마음뿐이에요.
6년 넘게 유튜브를 하면서 단 한 번도 아프다는 말씀을 드린 적이 없었는데, 이렇게 갑자기 소식을 전하게 되어 괜히 죄송한 마음이 들어요.
요즘 노로바이러스랑 독감이 크게 유행이라고 하니, 모두 건강 꼭꼭 챙기시구요!

Recently, I caught norovirus during a winter vacation, and this time, the flu overlapped I think the cold virus came in easily because my immune system has declined a lot.
Usually, a cold gets better in three to four days, Maybe it's the flu this time, but it's been almost a week, but high fever, cold sweat, cough, and phlegm don't go away easily ㅠㅠ이번
So unfortunately, I couldn't go camping this week ㅜㅜ I've been stuck under the blanket for six days now, I just want to run out of the blanket as soon as possible.
