The hall was full. My heart was fuller.
Nearly 150 people joined us in Vadodara—not merely to hear about AI, but to understand how they can actually use it to transform their work and businesses.
Vadodara was the fourth chapter in a journey that began in Ahmedabad, continued through Surat and Mumbai, and has also taken me to sessions at JITO, CMII, and multiple corporate training rooms.
Together, these workshops, sessions, and solutions have now touched more than 2,000 lives.
But the number is not what matters most.
This journey has taught me that thought leadership in AI isn’t built by simply talking about the latest tools.
It is built by staying close to real problems.
By standing in physical workshop rooms.
By training teams.
By untangling messy business processes.
By building practical solutions.
And by helping people move from curiosity about AI to confident implementation.
Every room teaches me something new.
Every business challenge keeps me grounded.
Every participant reminds me of the responsibility that comes with this work.
Life has been incredibly kind recently—and I know none of this is an individual achievement.
I am deeply grateful to every participant who trusted us, every partner who opened a door, every team member who worked behind the scenes, and every well-wisher who supported this journey.
Vadodara wasn’t a finish line.
It was another reminder to keep learning, keep building, and keep showing up—one room, one business, and one transformation at a time.

A college principal once told me:

I was shattered. But I didn't stop.
Fast forward 12 years — I've trained 20,000+ people. Business owners running ₹200-300 crore companies. TEDx stages. Workshops packed with 100+ people. Many sessions — fully in English.
