🔹 Romel, reportedly drunk, showed up at Edith’s mining camp. 🍻❌
🔹 She chased him away, but minutes later, he returned armed with a bow & arrow.
🔹 Without warning, he fired, hitting her in the back before escaping in a canoe down the river! 🚣‍♂️💨

🏥 Edith was rushed to Baramita Cottage Hospital and later transferred to GPHC for urgent treatment. Thankfully, she is in stable condition.

🚔 Meanwhile, police are on the hunt for Romel Thomas, who is still on the run! Authorities are calling on the public to report any sightings.

An elderly Georgetown taxi driver, Keith Williams (60), remains behind bars after the court denied his bail once again following a savage cutlass attack on his common-law wife, Deanna Bourne (74). 😱💔

🔴 The Attack: On November 10, 2024, Williams allegedly forced his way into their home, woke his wife, started an argument, and then hacked her face and body with a cutlass. After attempting to flee, he was captured by bystanders while still holding the weapon! 😨⚖️

🏥 Her Condition: Though Bourne was discharged from the hospital, her injuries have left her unable to do daily activities. Her daughter testified in court, urging the magistrate to keep Williams in custody.

⚖️ The Verdict: On January 29, 2025, the judge ruled NO BAIL, despite Williams’s attorney arguing he has serious medical conditions. His next court date is set for March 5, 2025.
