I now feel completely clear on what I want to create and who I want to be in the world of cakes, and that clarity is so exciting.
I’m stepping away from social media for a little while to rebrand and realign everything with that vision. I’m not sure exactly how long it will take, but I’ll be back, and I can’t wait to show you what’s coming next.
I truly believe there’s a gap, especially in Leeds for what I’m about to bring, and I’m so ready to fill it.

Shelf-stable cakes are designed for consistency and long storage. To achieve that, they often rely on preservatives, stabilisers, pre-made mixes, and icings that can sit for weeks without changing texture or taste. That system works for mass production and convenience — but it's not how real, fresh food is traditionally made.
Home baking works very differently. We don't bake in bulk because we never know when the next order is coming.
Ingredients are bought in small batches to make sure they're always fresh and actually used. Buying smaller is more expensive, but it allows us to maintain quality, avoid waste, and bake with intention rather than shortcuts.
We use real ingredients — real eggs, real sugar, real flour, real water, real oil, and real butter. No cake mixes with long expiry dates. No pre-made icings designed to last.
Cakes are baked only after you place your order, which is why they don't have a long shelf life - they're made to be eaten and enjoyed, not stored.
Every order is created for one person's event. One vision.One moment.
That's why home-baked cakes are priced differently - because they are tailored creations, closer to handmade art than factory food.
Cheap isn't always better. And when your health, your celebration, and your experience are concerned, quality matters.
