I broke the number one rule of solo female travel… I trusted a complete stranger.
In this slow travel vlog, I share my unexpected adventure in the Sahara Desert, where I got on the back of a stranger’s motorbike and disappeared into a world of ancient kasbahs, hidden oasis paths, and endless الرمال.
For a few surreal hours, no one knew where I was as we explored mud-built cities, narrow corridors, and centuries-old dwellings that felt frozen in time. We rode to the edge of the Sahara, where the dunes begin, and I reconnected with a sense of freedom and childlike wonder.
