Many people assume that living alone in a remote Bulgarian village means being isolated, but the reality is exactly the opposite. In this video, I’m sharing why the sense of community and cooperation here is actually one of the main reasons I chose to move to Bulgaria over places like Spain, the UK, or France.

While I value my solitude and choose to live a solo life, I have never felt more connected or supported. From the genuine hospitality of my neighbors to the way people here look out for one another, the social fabric in rural Bulgaria is something truly special. It’s a level of authentic human connection that I struggled to find in the hustle of more "developed" countries.
