Hello, and welcome to the channel of toilets! I have been watching toilet videos on Youtube since around 2006, but have had a channel since August 2012. Possibly a controversial opinion/hot take: I can’t stand when toilet Youtubers hold the handle down for the entirety of a flush when it’s not necessary. I’m more interested in what a normal flush would be as set from the factory rather than completely emptying the tank, especially with low-flow toilets. Of course, if the flapper closes immediately because it’s not working right, then holding the handle down is fine.

I got a toilet at the ReStore today to replace the Jacuzzi Perfecta at my camp! Any guesses as to what it is? Hints: It’s from 2021, and is comfort height and elongated.
Once I install it I’ll post a video.

A stray Toto toilet at Costco…it didn’t have a price anywhere near it, and didn’t seem like it was for sale. This was also on the opposite side of the store from the rest of the toilets. They only had a Kohler Intrepid, some kind of Kohler smart toilet with the new Wellworth Lite trapway, and a Water Ridge toilet.

3-ish month update on the Power Flush: I got the new bowl about 3 days after I called Glacier Bay, which was about June 14-15. So far, it’s worked perfectly. No clogs, and the bowl wash is very good. Glacier Bay customer service was surprisingly great, all they had me do was send a picture of the leak and the receipt to their email and they sent the bowl out the next day.
