Possibly a controversial opinion/hot take: I can’t stand when toilet Youtubers hold the handle down for the entirety of a flush when it’s not necessary. I’m more interested in what a normal flush would be as set from the factory rather than completely emptying the tank, especially with low-flow toilets. Of course, if the flapper closes immediately because it’s not working right, then holding the handle down is fine.

I got a toilet at the ReStore today to replace the Jacuzzi Perfecta at my camp! Any guesses as to what it is? Hints: It’s from 2021, and is comfort height and elongated.

A stray Toto toilet at Costco…it didn’t have a price anywhere near it, and didn’t seem like it was for sale. This was also on the opposite side of the store from the rest of the toilets. They only had a Kohler Intrepid, some kind of Kohler smart toilet with the new Wellworth Lite trapway, and a Water Ridge toilet.
