successfully organized the âSanskriti Canvasâ Competition on 26 February 2026. The event aimed to encourage students to artistically express the culture, heritage, traditions, festivals, monuments, folk art, dress, and lifestyle of various states of India.

The Cinefest programme was organised by the Institute of Port Shipping & Logistics Management, Srinivas University. The event featured systematic screening of short films, encouraging creativity and teamwork among students. The programme concluded with prize distribution and a vote of thanks to the judges, faculty, and coordinators.
National Newspaper Day
The programme was organized in front of the college library, which added academic value and
reinforced the importance of developing regular reading habits among students. The resource personâs address played a key role in motivating students.
As part of the programme, free newspapers were distributed to students to encourage daily
newspaper reading. The event was conducted in association with Udayavani and The Hindu Daily, whose support contributed significantly to the success of the programme.
An insightful session by Ms. Raveena Maria Mascarenhas on the power of effective communication in shaping academic, professional, and personal success.
