I forgot how much I missed this.

It’s been years since I ran a session like this — back when I had all the time in the world to coach, build, and just be in it. But then SPIKE17 grew into what it is today… and with that growth came new responsibilities, new challenges, and less time for moments like this.

Grateful for the chance to step back on the court and train such a focused, hungry group.
