My cameraman (Thunderjack) is also my best friend in real life, and he often challenges me to make the world's most amazing dishes, all while we're throwing (verbal) rocks at each other! The beer and laughter also flows here, because what better to match up with great food, right?

Sorry to have taken SOOOO long to do this one, Beloved Maplecookies! But yeah, in the next week or so, I will upload my video about the time Thunderjack and I went to the HOG SHACK in beautiful STEVESTON!! This was TRULY one of the most delicious things I ever ate...and that's saying a helluva LOT! This is the food that I talked about when the New York Times interviewed me last week! I poured my heart and soul into this one, Maplecookies! My video on how to make takoyaki BETTER than those in Osaka will upload in the next day or two. (Yes, you read that right!
