THE BUSINESS EUTOPIA - BUSINESS COACHING By ALOK

If you are a coach or freelancer who is stuck — earning ₹50,000–₹1,00,000 a month when you know you deserve 10X more — you are in the right place.

My name is Alok Kumar.
I have been an entrepreneur for 16 years. A business coach for over 6 years. And I have spent every single day of those 6 years figuring out one thing — how to help coaches and freelancers like you stop struggling and start earning what they truly deserve.

I know what it feels like to give everything to your business and still feel like the walls are closing in. I have been there.

That experience changed me. It made me obsessive about finding systems — real, proven, repeatable systems — that generate high-ticket clients on demand, without depending on luck, referrals, or expensive paid ads.

Today, I run The Business Eutopia — a channel built for coaches and freelancers who are done with average income and ready to build a business that pays them what they are truly worth.

पापा, जल्दी आ । मम्मी डाँट । बाबू रो ।
(Papa, come fast. Mummy scolds, I cry)
These were the words of my almost 1 year old son.

It was year 2002.
I was working in Ajman, UAE.
My family was in a village in India.

The connectivity was so poor, that the only means to connect fast,
the landline phone, used to be disconnected for months.
Rarely, I used to talk to my family members.

This is something special today.
From a toddler to a grown up adult.
The story of my bonding with my son.

One weekend,
When I called home,
Luckily, I was able to connect.

My 1 year toddler picked the phone
and started talking in broken words - पापा, जल्दी आ । मम्मी डाँट । बाबू रो ।

I felt it hard.
I wanted to fly back to family asap.
I controlled my emotions but decided to come back to India.

How could I miss his childhood?
How could I keep away from his naughty acts?

These questions were continuously hammering me from inside.
And finally after a year, I was back to India.

A new career,
A new life started.
But, this time, it was complete.

I was with my family.

Time kept on passing by.
My son grew to an adult,
But this time, I was with him at every step.
We developed sharing a great bond together.

The only thing which I felt was,
I could not give enough time to him and my family.
Whether it was a corporate job or my own entrepreneurship,
Travelling and meeting other responsibilities kept me away from them.

Thanks to the internet and the online world,
Which opened doors for a new beginning with online coaching.

Now, for the last almost 6+ years,
There is less of travelling, better work and
Finally the best of the time, we can spend together.

Yes,
To build this,
I did invest in my learning,
I stretched my workings hours,
And finally,
Now enjoying the legacy, which I wanted to create.

This is NOT just some random story,
But a part of my life, which I shared in words.

It's worth.
As I read - "You are replaceable everywhere, but not in your family."

Today,
Sharing this with you,
I feel proud and satisfied that,
Now I have been able to help coaches ,
To build their online coaching business in similar ways.

I help BEGINNERS TO BUILD.
I help EXPERTS TO SCALE.

Which one are YOU?

PS: What emotion made you to take a big decision in your life?

THE BUSINESS EUTOPIA - BUSINESS COACHING By ALOK

He was excited to share and told me-
"I have finalized my niche".
I got an AI prompt to find it from XYZ coach.

I was just staring at him.

He was surprised.
Asked me - "Why are you staring at me and not telling anything?"

I asked him.
Answer me -

Did you find, finalized or chose your niche?

He got confused.
He did not had an answer.

He was taught to pick a topic,
Like every other coach on this planet.

Nobody had taught him to find the intersection.

Let me explain.

Finding niche means - Arbitrary checking what running good in the market.
Finalizing niche means - Selecting one of the hundreds which are on the go.
Choosing niche means - Going after the one which is more shiny.

None of these work.

Why?

Because,
The criteria of getting a niche is taught wrong to you.

Here's what actually works.

Your niche is not a topic.
It's your lived experience meeting your client's deepest pain.

Your niche = Intersection of [Your Lived experiences + Your clients deepest pain.]

I didn't "choose" High value business mentoring for coaches.
I lived through losing everything and rebuilding it.

That became my niche.
Not a label. A story.

Read the details in the article to find your NICHE GOLDMINE.

PS: What have you survived that you're still too scared to mention - even though it's exactly what your ideal client needs to hear?

PPS: Remember, if you have NOT Lived it, you cannot serve others.

"I want ₹2 lakh clients, 5 in a month" - He said.
"Have you sold any services yet?"- I asked.
He said -No and started talking about his roles in a corporate job.
.
.
.
He'd been chasing high-ticket clients for 10 months.
Tried every funnel, every script, every "guaranteed" method.

I asked: "What transformation do you provide that's worth ₹2 lakh?"

A big silence.

This is NOT new to me.
Every other coach has a similar mindset and expectation.
Every coach wants high-ticket clients. Only a few deserve them.

To go deep into it and understand more,
We ran a poll in one of his coaching groups.
"Would you pay ₹2 lakhs for his coaching?"
78% said NO.
When asked why-"Haven't seen results that justify that investment."

Here's what we did instead:

Stopped chasing clients.
Started building his own transformation.
Invested ₹2 lakhs in his skills, knowledge acquiring, and results.
Documented his journey publicly , everyday learning and action became the key.

6 months later?

He landed his first ₹1 lakh client.
Not through better sales tactics.
But because he finally became the coach worth that investment.

P.S. You can't charge premium prices for average transformations.
Become premium first - clients will follow.

Note: Ask yourself first - Would you pay that money to yourself for the services, you are offering to others?

PPS: What premium transformation do you bring to charge premium?
If you want to experience the transformation, inviting you to my 3 Days LIVE
Humanized AI preselling execution workshop.

Starting from today 22nd of June at 7 PM IST.

"Do you SPEAK in your posts?" - I asked her.
In reply to her question -
"Why aren't my posts bringing leads?"

I see a huge volume of content,
Being shared on each of the social platforms.

The irony is -
Most coaches and professionals,
Do not know the purpose of creating content.

In general,
They think and believe ,
That it's just a part of marketing.

Let me tell you,
the different purposes of content.

Some content are for VISIBILITY.
Some content are for REMEMBERANCE.
Some content are for NURTURING YOUR AUDIENCE.
Some content are for SHOWING PROOFS AND BUILD TRUST.
Some content are for IGNITING CONVERSATIONS AND GENERATING LEADS.
And,
Some content are for OPENING DOORS FOR SERVING WITH A PURPOSE OF SELLING.

I told her.

You see,
You need to create different types of content,
Keeping in mind the overall impact you create for your business.

Since,
Most coaches and professionals,
Are looking for faster success and immediate business,
I created a framework.

I named it,
S-P-E-A-K FRAMEWORK,

Where,

S - Specific Pain
P - Personal Story or Proof
E - Empathy Bridge
A - Actionable Insight
K - Kinetic Close

If you use all these 5 elements,
In a sequence inside your posts,
It becomes the most engaging and converting.

Her eyes widened after knowing this.
She promised to implement this framework.

This is the exact post framework,
Which myself and my paid clients are using,
And generating qualified leads and converting into paid clients.

If you want the entire framework,
With examples and humanized AI prompt,

DM 'SPEAK' and I'll send you the full guide.

PS: Are you adding the elements to generate LEADS in your posts?

PPS: Do you SPEAK in your posts?

"BAAP KA MAAL"
I saw it,
I bought it.

This is interesting to share.

We were on a family trip recently, in Himachal.

While travelling, we found a beautiful waterfall,
Just by the road side.

Thanks to some kind-hearted people,
Who have introduced a hollow pipe to,
Re-route some of the flowing water for,
Normal use like drinking, bathing etc etc.

So,
As usual,
Me and my children,
Jumped into the area,
And had a wonderful time,
Bathing in the natural spring water.

Post bathing,
We saw a small shop.

A normal tea-stall.
And there we found something crazy.

"BAAP KA MAAL"

It was a normal
Packet of puff corns.
Okay in taste and worth Rs. 10.

The idea of sharing this is -

The creativity in marketing.

We bought it,
Just because the name attracted us.

Isn't it eye-catchy?

PS: What crazy/ eye-catchy name you have come across for any product?

PPS: What element of creativity are you adding in your marketing to grab attention?

THE BUSINESS EUTOPIA - BUSINESS COACHING By ALOK

"How much money are you making every month?"
A hard question I asked one of the coaches.
Here's what, will surprise you.

Being into high value business mentoring,
I ask tough business questions.

They are uncomfortable to hear.
They are mostly irritating.
But,
They show the mirror.

He started answering:

"I create content daily.
I have created a landing page.
My landing page is linked to my ads.
I do webinars and have created many courses.
I have also spend good money getting certifications.
I also travel and attend physical events to learn from coaches."

I listened to him patiently.

Then asked again -
"How much money are you making every month?"

This time,
He could not go round and round.
He said - "Sometime 40-50K, sometimes zero".

Then there was a silence.

I purposely created that pause.
The asked -

"Is this what you would like to continue with?"

"No" - was his answer.

His next obvious question -

Alok,
I've learnt many things from different coaches.
I'm doing so many things simultaneously,
Still my business is not growing.
Why?

Now,
It was my turn to answer.

I gently replied -

Business doesn't grow by doing too many things.
Business doesn't grow by implementing outdated strategies.
Business doesn't grow by doing NON-REVENUE GENERATION activities.

The discussion was on fire.

He further asked -
What do you mean by -
'NON-REVENUE GENERATION' activities?

I smiled and answered -
The list which you spoke at first,
Are all NON-REVENUE GENERATION activities.

Non of them are routing towards,
Getting clients, generating revenues.

He could not digest it the first instance.
He cupped his cheeks in his hands.

I could see and read his face.

I explained him.

There are two kinds of activities,
Every coach is doing.

One - The revenue generation activities.
Two - The non-revenue generation activities.

The irony is -
Most coaches love doing the NON-REVENUE GENERATION activities.
And forget doing the actual REVENUE GENERATION activities.

That's where the difference comes.

He needed more clarity.
I called him on a 1:1 to discuss it further.

PS: Are you also busy doing NON-REVENUE GENERATION activities?

PPS: Share one REVENUE GENERATION activities, which you do daily.

THE BUSINESS EUTOPIA - BUSINESS COACHING By ALOK

Wonderful or ridiculous?
This is what I was thinking,
When I experienced something different.

Before pandemic,
Each of my meetings used to be in-person.

I loved doing that.

Driving, Traffic Jams, Extreme weather,
All had become a part of my daily life.

Things changed drastically post covid.
I ventured into online business mentoring.

And everything became online in my business, in my life.

Meeting new people,
Meeting prospects,
Meeting clients,

Even,
Meeting friends,
Started happening virtually on zoom.

In the last 6+ years,
I did attend some physical events,
But none for meeting my clients/mentees.

Last Sunday,
For the very first time,
I was able to meet one of my people @Deepanshu lohia ji.

We met in Greater Noida.
Spend some 3 hours around,
Had 2 rounds of beverages and some snacks.

Yes, we did exchange gifts.
He gifted me a PEACE LILY plant.
I gifted him my authored book - SAHAJ KI SAANJH.

It didn't feel like,
We were meeting for the first time.

While returning back,
I was thinking.....

How powerful the digital connection have been?

Since we meet once or twice every week,
In my mentoring program,

It always keeps me connected strongly with my people.
It feels happy that the strength of the bond remains same digitally as well.

Thanks you @Deepanshu ji,
For your lovely gift and the time we spent together.

PS: Have you felt your digital connection as strong as your physical one with your clients/mentees?

PPS: What would you say about this meeting - Wonderful or Ridiculous?

THE BUSINESS EUTOPIA - BUSINESS COACHING By ALOK

I was 19 when my father died.
Engineering college.
No roadmap.
No one to call when life got hard.
.
.
.
That crushing feeling of being lost still stays in my mind.
It never really leaves you.

Years later, entering the coaching world,
I had the similar feelings.

Same suffocating confusion.
Same desperate need for direction.
Same feeling of drowning in uncertainty.

But this time, I had a choice.
I could stay lost.
Or become the guide I never had.

The pain was identical:

Staring at the ceiling at 3 AM.
Questioning every decision.
Wondering if I was built for this.

No father to ask: "Am I on the right path?"
No mentor to say: "Here's what works."

So I started to figured it out alone.

Every mistake taught me something.
Every failure carved out wisdom.
Every breakthrough was earned in blood.

Then,
I invested in myself to learn,
Coaching and the systems running it as a business.

6+ years later:
I've mentored 250+ coaches.
Helped them build 6-figure businesses.
Watched them go from lost to legendary.

But here's what drives me:

💫 I see my 19-year-old self in every confused coach.
💫 I feel their 3 AM panic attacks in my chest.
💫 I recognize their imposter syndrome instantly.
💫 I remember what having no guide feels like.

Your deepest wounds become your greatest gifts.
The pain that almost broke you becomes your purpose.

I couldn't save that lost 19-year-old.
But I can save every coach who feels like him, like me.

PS: What painful experience is actually preparing you to serve others?

THE BUSINESS EUTOPIA - BUSINESS COACHING By ALOK

It was a simple question.
She asked -"What keeps you going?"
The answer was simpler than she expected.
.
.
A lot of coaches and professionals,
Praise me for my discipline and consistency.

But this question,
Had a simple and,
The best of all answers.

I said - "I can do it."

This one sentence has kept me going over years.

Whatever tough times have come,
Whatever challenges have come along,
Whatever quitting feelings have come to mind,

The only thing,
Which keeps me going is -

I have done it.
I can do it.
I will do it.

PS: what sentence triggers you the most?

THE BUSINESS EUTOPIA - BUSINESS COACHING By ALOK

"How many hours should I work daily?"
This question hit me like a slap.
I felt disgusted.
.
.
.
This wasn't his first time asking.
It was his obsession.

"Can I build this in 2 hours?"
"What about weekends off?"
"Is 4 hours enough?"

I wanted to shake him:
"You cannot build your business WATCHING YOUR WATCH."

It's like asking:
"How many hours should I spend with my newborn?"
If you love, you'll spend time,
If you don't, you'll see the watch.

The answer isn't a number.
↳It's whatever it takes.

16+ years of entrepreneurship taught me:
Business builders don't count hours.
↳They count progress.

Clock-watchers stay broke.
↳Mission-driven people get rich.

The harsh reality:

⏰ If business was a 9-to-5, everyone would be successful.
⏰ Your competition isn't watching Netflix at 8 PM.
⏰ Opportunities don't respect your schedule.
⏰ Breakthroughs happen when you're "off the clock".

My some of the biggest deals closed at:

→11 PM on a Sunday.
→6 AM before coffee.
→During my "vacation."

That hour-obsessed prospect are still confused.

→Still asking the same question 2 years later.
→Still creeping and broke.
→Still confused why others are succeeding.

Meanwhile, his competition is:

►Working while he's sleeping.
►Learning while he's relaxing.
►Building while he's calculating hours.

The brutal truth:
Employees watch clocks.
↳Entrepreneurs watch results.

》Your business is your baby.
》You don't schedule love.
》You don't time-block care.
》You don't clock out on dreams.

It's just one thing - WHATEVER IT TAKES.

PS: What are you watching - the clock or your progress?
