🍃 عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ قَرَأَ آيَةَ الْكُرْسِيِّ فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ لَمْ يَحُلْ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ دُخُولِ الْجَنَّةِ إِلَّا الْمَوْتُ. [السلسلة الصحيحة:972]
🍃 ابو امامہ باہلی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: *جو شخص ہر نماز کے بعد آیت الکرسی پڑھتا ہے، اس کے اور جنت میں داخل ہونے کے درمیان صرف موت ہی حائل رہ جاتی ہے۔*
🍃 Abu Umamah al-Bahili (رضی اللہ عنہ) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi after every prayer, nothing stands between him and entering Paradise except death.

Why stress is bad for a kidney disease patient.... Because during stress our sympathetic nervous system is active ... Which causes blood vessels of kidney to constrict... And intuen decrease Blood Supply to kidneys...
So if u r a patient of kidney disease... Stop overthinking... Just call yourself for yourself and try to be happy... And to others around be human and kind to patient....
