The last of the Scarves Against Skooma supplies are packed and donated. Thank you all so much for contributing almost $2,400 worth of Scarves, socks, hats, gloves, blankets and toiletries to those in need. The winter items were donated in bulk late February with the last of the toiletries arriving in April (no I will not be ordering supplies off Alibaba next time). Aside from the shipping time hiccup at the end, this was a resounding success. That’s only because behind all the memes and the NPCs, this channel has the best subscriber base on YouTube. I feel honored that you all trusted me to execute this unorthodox endeavor, everyone who participated has my sincerest gratitude. For Scarves Against Skooma 2, we’ll double it and give it to the next shelter. Until the next time, my fellow adventurers.

Today 150 pairs of socks and 200 toothbrushes showed up for Scarves Against Skooma. Thanks to all of your kindness, we’ll be able to distribute 150 reusable canvas bags to the homeless consisting of a toothbrush, toothpaste, socks, hats, gloves, scarves (of course), razors, shaving gel, feminine hygiene products, nail clippers, and an emergency blanket. The rest is scheduled to show up throughout this coming week so stay tuned for more updates! Thanks again to everyone who made this possible.

Quick Scarves Against Skooma update:

Thank you to everyone who donated to the Scarves Against Skooma fundraiser. We raised over 2.3k which was spent on essential inventory items for the homeless population in the northeast USA. The last of the supplies are scheduled to arrive on February 15th to be distributed on the following weekends. Because of you all, hundreds of homeless people will get warm clothing and hygiene supplies. I can’t thank you all enough for trusting in this project which is near and dear to me. I’ll be back to regularly uploading again very soon. Between my real life job and a recent move, life has been hectic. Stay safe out there adventurers.

You guys really did it. This community officially raised over 2k towards winter inventory items for the homeless. As of today, I plan to close the fundraiser in 2 weeks and distribute the supplies in early January. I’m hoping we can rally these last 2 weeks and hit 2.5k or, oblivion be damned, why not 3? If you don’t already know, the funds from these donations will go towards critical winter inventory items for the NPCs that need them the most. I live in the north east USA where our Skyrim-like winters regularly claim the health bars of those without shelter each year. Help us raise the funds to get as many people warmed up as possible while equipping them with the necessary scarves, socks, and other winter equipment. As we’re nearing the end of Scarves Against Skooma, some of you have brought up some phenomenal ideas. Instead of strictly just scarves, we could donate various winter clothing items (plus emergency blankets). I think this could be a cool opportunity to branch this fundraiser out a bit but ultimately, it’s up to you guys. This is the community’s fundraiser so that’s who I’ll leave the call to.
